8 week Track / Gym

Plan Description
This is an 8 week track cycling program focused towards supplementing a hypertrophic gym phase. The athlete will find this plan increases their lactate tolerance as well as muscle mass.
A level of previous training is important to make sure the week 1 load is not a huge jump for the athlete. The plan has a gym element along with track and road elements.
The plan is designed by Blaine Hunt, a Great Britain cyclist, 1km C5 World Champion, and World record holder for the C5 Flying 200m.
